Extension 9/14/2026:

In order to bring treatment costs within the budgeted amount for this project, Solano RCD is pursuing alternate options and invite proposals that omit all Tree of Heaven treatment (Ailanthus altissima will be left untreated on project sites and will not count toward the 25-foot tree spacing).

Interested contractors should submit proposals by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 18, 2026. All other project details remain unchanged from the RFP & Q+A.
