The Solano Resource Conservation District Conservation Education Center is located at 6390 Lewis Road in Vacaville, and is open to the public during our Fall and Spring Native Plant Sales and for various watershed workshops. The Center site houses a demonstration garden, plant propagation facilities, an office and barn. Solano RCD uses the center to raise California native plants for restoration work and for sale to District landowners at very low cost during our spring and fall plant sales. Our Native Plant Program supports our efforts to establish and enhance wildlife habitat, prevent soil erosion and reduce water consumption on private property.
